Meet Andy Burns
John “Andy” Burns is the Republican Mayor currently serving the Town of Beverly, West Virginia. He is a veteran who previously served with the United States Navy in support of the Desert Shield and Desert Storm campaigns. Andy previously served the Randolph County Sheriff Department as a Deputy Sheriff for 12 years and the Beverly Volunteer Fire Department with 26 years in the fire service.
Community Involvement
Andy is involved in the community as an active member of the Randolph Lodge #55 AFAM, where he previously served as worshipful master.
He continues to actively serve as a dedicated volunteer fire department member.

As the proud husband of Jeanne and father of Andrea, Amanda and Aiden, and the grandfather of Braylee, Axel and Xavier, Andy is committed to taking actions which will benefit the future of our youth, as well as all citizens of Beverly. For Andy, family – and community – matters. Andy champions the rights of veterans, seniors, and emergency responders, as well as community literacy, public safety, and economic stability. He is committed to fiscal responsibility and being available to those he serves, as well as the entities he works with on behalf of the citizens of Beverly. Andy strongly believes that community involvement at all levels is key to a strong government.
