Candidate Filing Period

The Town Election is May 3rd, 2021 for the office of 1 Mayor, 1 Recorder and 5 Council positions. Candidate filing period begins January 11th and continues through January  30th, 2021.  Forms can be picked up in the Town Hall Monday – Friday from 8 am – 4 pm.  The filing fees are $50 for Mayor, $25 for Recorder and $25 for Council positions. All Candidates must be a WV resident for at least one year and a resident within the corporate limits of the Town of Beverly for 6 months prior to the election, and a qualified registered voter.
